Please read the following instructions carefully before starting any online exam on MathsStudent.com. These guidelines help ensure a smooth, fair, and accurate test experience.

1. Before You Start the Exam

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Use a recommended browser: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Close all other tabs, apps, or distractions.
  • Keep your device charged or connected to a power source.
  • Read the exam description (time, number of questions, rules) before starting.

2. Device Requirements

You may take the exam using:

  • Desktop / Laptop (recommended)
  • Tablet
  • Smartphone

For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop.

3. Login & Access

  • Some exams may require login; others may be open access.
  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Only one device/login should be used during an exam attempt.

4. Exam Rules

  • Each exam has a fixed duration. The timer starts as soon as you click Start Test.
  • You cannot pause or restart the timer once the exam begins.
  • Do not refresh the page during the exam, unless mentioned.
  • Some exams allow one attempt only; others may allow multiple attempts.
  • Once answers are submitted, the test cannot be edited or reattempted unless allowed by the system.

5. During the Exam

  • Read each question carefully before selecting an answer.
  • Some tests may allow navigation between questions; others may be sequential.
  • Avoid switching apps or leaving the exam window, as this may cause test interruption.
  • If the exam auto-submits, it will be based on the answers marked until that point.

6. Technical Issues

  • Exam freezing
  • Test closing unexpectedly

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Reconnect to the internet
  3. Restart the browser
  4. Log in again

7. Scoring & Results

Depending on the exam type:

9. Exam Submission

  • The exam will auto-submit when time ends.
  • You can manually click Submit before time ends.
  • Make sure you press Confirm on the final submission page.
